I find it quite hard to plan meals at times! But try to work round our csa box generally and also nearly all vegetarian meals as I generally can't be bothered to make something meaty just for me. I do try to stick to a list, but need to be better about sticking to a particular budget! We've been doing lots of summer salads (since its that season here) with some warm elements and a poached egg, which makes everything better! This minestrone is a fave http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/winter-minestrone-recipe/index.html, as is this http://themerlinmenu.blogspot.ca/2009/10/sweet-potato-carrot-soup.html , though I also add about 1/4 cup of fresh diced ginger. My fave appliances right now? Pressure cooker and hand blender. Couldn't live without them! xoxBunkleLifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14459547686286666897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13343828.post-1395099574527324672013-01-28T04:17:51.751-08:002013-01-28T04:17:51.751-08:00your approach is great, tracy. i meal plan, too, b...your approach is great, tracy. i meal plan, too, but it's more of a three days at a time deal. some of our favorite include crock pot chicken tacos and lemon chicken (both can be found on my blog). we also try to eat fish once a week if possible. i find that anything with asian flavors goes over well with the girls.house on hill roadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10104468117468930961noreply@blogger.com
