for color week

summer's fruit and one from a set of three thrifted pyrex bowls. both remind me of my gramma... and summer in her garden in rural Manitoba.

thanks again to steph and mav for hosting colorweek. i have enjoyed the pace of it all. slowing down and looking a little more carefully. and to see all that others have noticed as well. and thanks to all who stopped by here and commented. i always so enjoy hearing from you.

    I LOVE your strawberry photo! It is one of my favorite reds today. I did one of cherry tomatoes in a bowl (very similar) but your berries are superior!
    I loved your coffee on brown tuesday too- looked so inviting
    I just discovered your blog, and have enjoyed reading through it. I love your banner and wish I could figure out how to do something similar on my site - but can't seem to get there. would love any help/guidance you can give! lindseystarr.blogspot.com
