thanks so much for all the early well wishes. keeping with the birthday season idea (thanks cloth.paper.string!)

i treated myself to a new machine. (it has been a long time coming!)

in stitches

much to learn of my new toy.

    ack! what a great bday present. my machine is broken again. I think I've probably paid for it again in repairs. I'm thinking I might be ready for a new machine myself, too!
