i've been battling a head cold for a week. and our schedule has been impacted by both jobs making major demands on me right now. it was good to take a few extra long breaths this morning and just soak in the quiet.
There must be a head cold traveling round the world right now as I've got one too. Steaming mugs of honey, lemon and ginger have been setting me right though. Is that a Totoro or other Ghibli studio book K is reading?
