man i know what you mean. we just had the pta auction, soon will be the jog-a-thon to raise money to keep our computer lab and i just got a letter home asking our family to go to a fundraiser to help a teacher keep his position for next year. just happens to be a third grade teacher which means if he goes, the teacher to student ratio will be more than 20 kids to 1 teacher (emily will be in 3rd grade next year). seems public school is heading toward private with all the out of pocket expense. hard times for all. we just got hit big time with taxes too, where did the money go? i think i know, and it isnt education. hang in there tracy!!
