Can you tell I'm Canadian. When I started reading your post, I thought you said "hockey." Couldn't figure out what you were talking about!
Now I see where I went wrong. I love his stuff too, but then I'm a sucker for bold colours.
oh he is amazing. i have loved his work since i was little sitting in my fathers studio looking at his art books. i love the paintings of his pool perspectives.
i would love to see those in person.
he sense of light, space and color hook me in every time... and how he changes medium without missing a beat. amazing.
love him love him love him. Always. There is always something new no matter what he touches, always gorgous colour and light.
