up to my eyeballs

in paperwork

literally

muddle

we have two deadlines in the studio this week and i am feeling the pressure. (the deadlines coupled with my new reduced work schedule that corresponds with the big bug's school day have me pretty muddled.)

hope to be back to the blog friday...

i wish you the best of luck with the deadlines. but to be honest with you working for an artist like you do sounds like an amazing job.

remember it will get done.

ah tracy, here is to hoping you can muddle through the rest of the week. i just read your old post and it is hitting home right now for me too. as david and i get closer to changing places i wonder how i will handle letting go of making the money and being in charge of those sorts of things. while i dearly want to be at home with the children, will i miss some of the things working affords me? who knows...

I hear you! Reduced work schedule sounds good, though... at least once this crunch is over. Good luck! Soon your eyeballs will be able to see over the top!

paper by paper by paper...hope you reach the bottom of the pile soon!

I hope that pile is much shorter and weighs on your mind much less very soon!

I reduced my hours (by half) when I had Elise, and it was a difficult transition. People somehow expect the same amount of work to get done in less time!

I know muddled - I don't have half of that to do. Hang in -- and what you can let go, do let go.

I hear ya! I'm in the same boat. Taking one day off a week for school, and suddenly I'm swamped. How can 6.5 hours less make that much of a difference?!?

I've been there. Its either feast or famine with my schedule. Hang in there.
